Kota | IIT-JEE Classroom Students of ALLEN Career Institute, Kota have yet again performed exceptionally well at the Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) for JEE Advanced 2015. More than 6948 ALLEN students qualified to write the JEE Advanced test 2015 out of which 5303 students were from ALLEN Classroom program and 1645 students were from Distance Learning Program. Total of 22 students from ALLEN scored 300 and above Marks in JEE Main 2015 and qualified for JEE Advanced 2015. 18 of them were from ALLEN Classroom program and 4 students were from Distance Learning Program.
Pranay Agarwal is one of the highest scorers who secured 341 marks out of 360 in JEE Main 2015 the result of which was announced on 27th April. Among girls Gorika Bang scored the highest with a score of 315/360. Other winners who joining the lead were Sheshansh Agarwal who has scored 335 while Akash Trehan 325 in JEE Main and Utkarsh Shreevasatav scored 322 Marks and. Divyansh pareek and Shubhojyoti Nath scored 317.Kshitij Garg that stood out with remarkable performance with a score 315 out of 360. Ronak Agarwal and Sayash Kapoor scored 313. Akshat Gupta and Siddharth scored 312 and 311 respectively and Puravviral Gandhi scored 310. Kshitij Jain and Adhirath Kabra scored 309 Jai Moondra scored 308 Siddhartha Saxena scored 305, and Sarthak Pandey scored 304 while Dishant Singla, Sudeep Agarwal, Vishwajeet Singh and Nikhil Tanwani had a score of 300.

Out of 1.5 lacks appearing for JEE Advanced, approx 75750 will be selected from general category, approx 40450 from OBC and SC and ST will have approx 22500 and 11250 selections respectively. On the basis of their performance in JEE Advanced students will be eligible to take admission in various IIT-JEE institutes of India.
The cut off for the general category in JEE main went up to 105 whereas that of OBC category is 70. The cut off for SC and ST has been 50 and 44 respectively. On the basis of the cut off score 1.5 Lakh students are now eligible to write JEE Advanced 2015 on 24th May 2015. The test will be conducted across 99 centers all over India. The test will be in two slots Morning 9 to 12 am and Evening 2-5 pm. The result for JEE Advanced will be announced on 18th June 2015.
The candidates who clear JEE Main but do not clear JEE Advanced can seek admission in other engineering colleges, such as the Indian Institute of Information Technology, National Institute of Technology and other government and private engineering colleges.
