This year a total of 2103 students have been selected for the scholarship in the results declared by the NCERT. Among this, 505 students of Allen Career Institute have been selected for the scholarship.
National Talent Search Examination (NTSE-2019) Stage II results have been released by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) on 30 August 2019. The NTSE Stage 2 examination was conducted on 16th June 2019 (Sunday). Students of Allen Career Institute have once again proved superiority in NTSE.
Naveen Maheshwari, Director of Allen Career Institute, said that this year a total of 2103 students have been selected for the scholarship in the results declared by the NCERT. Among this, 505 students of Allen Career Institute have been selected for the scholarship.
Maheshwari said that a total of 2103 students have been selected for the scholarship across the country. According to the result, the cut-off for general category is 134, for OBC category the cut-off 116, for SC category the cut off is 105 and for ST cut off is 93. A monthly scholarship will be given by the Union Ministry of Human Resources to the students selected in the second stage. NTSE stage 1 examination was conducted by the respective State Boards in November where about five times students were selected for the NTSE Stage 2 examination. After the examination, students were selected for the scholarship based on their cut-off marks. In the final stage, the nationally selected students of 11th and 12th will get a scholarship of Rs 1250 per month. At graduation and PG level, selected students will get Rs 2000 per month i.e. 24 thousand scholarships annually.
