Phase I of CUET (UG) – 2022 was conducted from 15 to 20 July 2022 in 247 Centres throughout 160 cities. Approximately 2.0 lacs candidates were scheduled in Phase I. The Phase II of CUET (UG) Exams will be held on 04, 05, and 06 August 2022. The CUET (UG) – 2022 has been scheduled for approximately 14,90,000 (Fourteen Lakh and Ninety Thousand) candidates, with approximately 8,10,000 (Eight lakh and ten thousand) candidates in the first slot and approximately 6,80,000 (Six lakh eighty thousand) candidates in the second slot. All the candidates are already aware of their City of allotment and schedule of examination for the various subjects chosen by them. The Admit Cards of Phase II for the candidates, whose examinations are scheduled on 04, 05, and 06 August, showing the details of the Examination Centre have been released.

Students allotted their first choice of city

Every effort is being made to provide candidates with their first choice of city. However, due to an insufficient number of registered candidates in a City or an insufficient number of secure nodes, a different city may have been allotted in some cases. This is being done as per the policy of the NTA. However, such candidates have been given a choice to either avail of the examination facility at the different City allotted now or exercise the option to appear in the earlier City at a later date i.e., after 10 August 2022. These candidates are requested to exercise this option before downloading their Admit Cards and their examinations will be scheduled after 10 August 2022. This option can be seen on the official website of CUET (UG) for downloading the Admit Card. A few representations were also received from the candidates who have other entrance and competitive examinations during this period, or who have been affected by floods, etc. Such requests have been considered and their City/date has been changed.

Some of the candidates who were earlier scheduled to appear on 04, 05, and 06 August 2022 are shifted to 12, 13, and 14 August 2022 due to various entrance examinations like MHTCET. BITSAT, NATA, etc.
