Don’t fear failure, Believe in Perservance – Gauranshi
Allen Career Institute has felicitated Golden Girl Gauranshi Sharma who has won Gold Medal in Badminton for the country at the Deaflympics, Brazil recently. The felicitation ceremony was held at the ‘Sohard’ auditorium. Naveen Maheshwari, Director, Allen Career Institute honored Gauranshi with a Gold medal (Pure Gold 10 Gram Coin), traditional headgear & a stoll. The Golden Girl was also awarded a cheque of Rs 51000 for her motivation.
Rajneesh Sogani, Chief Technical Officer, Allen Career Institute, and Amit Gupta, Vice-President & PNCF, Head, Allen Career Institute also felicitated the family members of Gauranshi including her grandparents, Pramod Sharma and Hemlata Sharma, parents-Gaurav Sharma and Preeti Sharma & Uncle-Aunty-Saurabh Sharma and Neetu Sharma by offering Garland and stole.
One motivational session each of Gauranshi was held at the Samyak campus and Satyarth campus of Allen Career Institute in Kunhadi, Kota. Over 5000 students witnessed the motivational tale of Gauranshi of struggle to success in these 2 sessions.
Narrating her tale of ‘Struggle to Success’ through sign language, Gauranshi called upon the students to never fear failure and pursue perseverance. “You may face on failure after another but you should be positive as perseverance will eventually convert into triumph”, she said. She owed her success to her family. ‘If I wouldn’t have received family support then I wouldn’t have succeeded’, she added. The parents of Gauranshi are also deaf and dumb.
Speaking on the occasion, Naveen Maheshwari said that Gauranshi has done proud to the country by winning Gold Medal at the Brazil Deaflympics. “Gauranshi has done hard work for her victory at the Deaflympics”, he said. Her painstaking effort in the Deaflympics is an inspiration for all while her deafness and dumbness make everyone emotional. “Allen family is blessed to felicitate young Girl Gauranshi”, he said.
