On 20th March, the world comes together and celebrates the International Day of Happiness. It’s a little nudge saying, “Choose Your Happiness”.

And speaking of choosing happiness, We want to share something – ALLEN Sanishtha, a place that’s all about nurturing your happiness & emotional well-being. 

The ALLEN Sanishtha is an emotional wellness center conceived by ALLEN Career Institute. It is a state-of-the-art facility, true to the size and scale that the ALLEN is traditionally known for. Sanishtha focuses on happiness and wellness for both parents and students.  

A Heart-to-Heart on Emotional Well-being

We know that going through teenage or adolescent years can feel overwhelming sometimes. At ALLEN Sanishtha, we’re all about helping you build those career wise important years, paddle through, and find your way to the shore of happiness.

We get that everyone’s mind is a little different. That’s why we offer a bunch of counselling types – be it untangling those tricky emotions, figuring out the academics, or lending an ear for everything in between. We’re here for students & ALLEN employees available 24×7. Plus, the facility also accommodates R&D for adolescent issues to ensure we are ahead of the curve.

Rooted in the philosophy of ‘Psychology is the science of happiness’, the initiative reflects a mission to contribute to the well-being of every student.

How to reach ALLEN Sanishtha?

When ALLEN conceptualized Sanishtha. Our idea was to have a place where students can just be themselves, any hour of the day, where there’s always someone ready to listen, guide, and just be there. That’s us! ALLEN Sanishtha building is right across the street from ALLEN Sankalp. While this is a very strategically accessible location at the heart of Kota, we understand that we need to be available to each & every ALLEN student pan India.

With centers all over India and a team of over 100 psychologist counselors(pan India), we’re like this giant, comforting cushion of support. Whether you need a chat about some tough emotions, or just want to talk about your day, we’re here. 

Plus, we’re all about making things easier for your guardians too, with parenting counseling.

How We Connect

We believe in keeping things simple and accessible. Whether you’re into face-to-face chats, prefer talking over a video call, or like texting, we’re available in each mode. 

Students can reach ALLEN Sanishtha anytime or sometimes teachers can refer the students to the emotional well-being center as well. 

And with the Peakmind platform, help is literally at your fingertips. We also conduct group counseling sessions in ALLEN classes, touching on every pressing issue that a student might be facing.
