India Topped The Medal Tally At International Biology Olympiad, Proud Moment For The Country
The students of ALLEN Career Institute Pvt. Ltd. have once again brought laurels to India at the international level.
All four students from the Indian contingent have won a gold medal, of which three are from ALLEN. India topped the medal tally at International Biology Olympiad 2023 after all four of its students won Gold medals.
ALLEN Career Institute Chairman Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari said that three classroom students of ALLEN named Megh Chhabra, Ishan Satish Pednekar, and Rohit Panda have won gold medals in the 34th International Biology Olympiad 2023 (IBO). Megh Chhabra and Rohit Panda are class 12th students, and Ishaan is class 11th student.
Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari said that this is the first time in the history of the International Biology Olympiad (IBO) that all four students have received gold medals. 293 students from 76 countries participated in the International Biology Olympiad 2023 (IBO), in which India topped the medal tally.
The 34th International Biology Olympiad (IBO) was held in the UAE from July 3 to 10 this year. IBO is conducted in five phases.
After the first stage, i.e., NSEB, 56 students from ALLEN were selected for the second stage, i.e., INBO. After the second stage, a total of 12 students from ALLEN were selected for the third stage, i.e., OCSC. On the basis of performance, the top 4 students were selected for the 34th IBO.
