Ved Sunil Kumar Shinde Secures All India Rank 1 in NEET UG 2024
Ved Sunil Kumar Shinde (18), a resident of Nagpur, Maharashtra, has secured All India Rank-1 by scoring a perfect score of 720 out of 720 in the medical entrance exam NEET UG 2024 whose results were declared on Tuesday.
Ved has been a regular classroom student at ALLEN Career Institute for the last two years. Both parents are doctors, so Ved also wanted to become a doctor from the beginning.
Ved said that there is a national level competition in ALLEN due to which students try to move forward by competing with each other in a healthy manner.
Preparing for NEET from ALLEN Career Institute proved to be a turning point for me. Studies at ALLEN also helped a lot in the board exams. This was the reason that I could perform better in both places.
This year, I have passed class 12th with 95.6 percent marks. He had secured 98.6 percent marks in class 10th. Ved said that he has always enjoyed studying. It is not that I keep studying even if my mind gets tired.
I used to study till whatever time in the night, but I used to get enough sleep. I did not sleep until my daily target was completed. I used to study for an average of 8 hours.
I had made a strategy to crack NEET. I had focused completely on the NCERT syllabus. I did multiple readings of the same topic and revised the notes daily.
Apart from NEET, I also practiced by solving previous papers of JEE Main because many times JEE Main questions are repeated in NEET. I used to give equal time to all the three subjects which helped me a lot. I followed the guidelines given by ALLEN teachers for preparation.
There can be no better place than ALLEN for studies. I have not yet decided which specialty I will pursue after MBBS.
