The Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education (BIEAP) has declared the results for Inter 1st, and 2nd Year 2020. It is to be noted that nearly 10.17 lakh students had applied to appear in the intermediate examination in the year 2020. A total of 5.10 lakh students had appeared for the first year while 5.17 lakh students appeared for the second year.
Students will be able to check the result online on bieap.gov.in along with its partner websites, results.cgg.gov.in, and manabadi.co.in, today at 4:00 PM. To check the result online, roll number and date as on application must be handy with the students so that they can check the result without any delay.
In the wake of nationwide lockdown, BIEAP had to postpone the last scheduled exam of Modern Language paper-II/ Geography from March 23 to June 3. This apparently had caused the delay in declaring the Inter results
For the uninitiated, in 2019, 507302 students had appeared in the Andhra Pradesh Board Inter First Year, of which 60% students passed. A total of 510298 students appeared in the inter second year of which 72% students passed. Girls outperformed boys in both first and second year 2019 exams.
With the Inter results 2020 being declared, AP will next conduct the pending Secondary School Certificate (SSC), class 10 exam in the month of July. It has been reported that the class X exam will be conducted in a single shift from July 10. The timings for the exam will be 9:30 am to 12:45 pm. More than 6.39 lakh students were suppose to appear for the SSC exam 2020, scheduled to begin from March 23, which however was postponed due to the lockdown.
As per the updates, the SSC exams will even be conducted even on public holidays including Sundays.
