Assam Class X Board Result has been declared. Check Live Updates

Board of Secondary Education Assam has declared the results of class X board exams. Students can check the result on results.sebaonline.org, assamonline.in, results.siksha, resultsassam.nic.in, knowyourresult.com, assamresult.in. More than 3 lakh students had appeared for the Class X board exams in Assam this year.

Here is the list of the toppers of Assam Class X Board 2020

  1. Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita – 595
  2. Alangkrita Gautam Baruah – 594
  3. Debisma Priya Borah, Jyotisman Deva Sarma, Chaki G Bulton – 591
  4. Namashya Deka, Hiyashree Sarma – 590
  5. Manash Uttam Neog – 589

 

It is to be noted that the secondary board exam in Assam were conducted in the month of February, 2020; however, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic and the nationwide lockdown, result declaration was delayed.

Considering the current scenario, the board has decided to first release the digital mark sheet, which will then be followed by release of mark sheet and other documents in hard copy. With the help of the digital mark sheet, students of class X will be able to take admission in Class XI.

Educational institutions are to give admissions to students in class 11 on the basis of the digital mark sheet after verification of the result.

Students can check the result on various websites inclusive of: results.sebaonline.org, assamonline.in, results.siksha, resultsassam.nic.in, knowyourresult.com, assamresult.in.

The digital mark sheet can be downloaded by the students while the hard copy of the mark sheet will be sent to their respective schools once the lockdown in the state is lifted.

With the results of secondary board getting declared today; the AHSEC HS 12th Result 2020 are to be declared on June 25 wherein around 2.34 lakh students had appeared for the exam.

For the uninitiated, in 2019, around 3.4 lakh students had appeared for the HSLC exam in Assam of which 48,599 students cleared the exam with distinction, first division and a star. The total pass percentage stood at 60.23 per cent. Boys pass percentage was better than girls with 62/69 while the girls’ pass percentage was 57.99 per cent.
