Chetna Kumari from Chattisgarh Selected for Free Coaching at ALLEN under Shiksha Sambal Yojana
Chetna, a promising student from Hofa village in Chhattisgarh’s Surajpole region, is set to embark on a new chapter in her educational journey thanks to the Shiksha Sambal Yojana. This initiative, a collaborative effort between the LN Maheshwari Parmarth Trust and ALLEN Career Institute, will provide her with free NEET UG preparation, along with complimentary food and accommodation.
Hailing from a humble background, Chetna’s father, Karam Dev, is a 50-year-old impoverished farmer struggling to make ends meet. The family lives in a modest mud house, and with six siblings—five of whom are sisters—financing professional coaching for NEET UG seemed an unattainable goal.

Despite these challenges, Chetna’s academic achievements have been remarkable. She scored an impressive 84.8% in her Class 12 exams from the Chhattisgarh State Board of Secondary Education.
Her dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed. This month, she participated in a written examination as part of the Shiksha Sambal Yojana, which was conducted across seven North Indian states.
The scheme targets Hindi medium graduates from government and Vidya Bharti schools, and Chetna’s selection among the 126 chosen students is a testament to her potential.
The Shiksha Sambal Yojana offers more than just educational support. It covers free coaching at ALLEN Career Institute, as well as providing free food and accommodation during her time in Kota. This comprehensive support aims to eliminate the financial barriers that might otherwise prevent talented students like Chetna from pursuing their dreams.
For Chetna, the Shiksha Sambal Yojana is more than just an educational opportunity—it’s a gateway to realizing her aspirations of a career in medicine. Without this initiative, she would have struggled to access the quality coaching necessary for the NEET UG examination.
Chetna’s story is a shining example of how targeted support can transform lives, turning dreams into achievable goals. As she prepares to join ALLEN Career Institute, her journey underscores the impact of educational initiatives in providing equal opportunities for all.
