Final Admission Process will have to be Completed by August 21
Seat allocation for the third and final round of CSAB 2025 Special Counselling being conducted for the vacant seats of NIT, IIIT and GFTI colleges of the country has been released.
Students who have been allotted any college for the first time in the third round will have to confirm their seat by August 21 by depositing the institute admission fee and uploading the necessary documents in online reporting.
After confirming the seat, these students will have to complete the final admission process in their allotted college by August 23.

ALLEN Career Institute’s Education Expert said that the colleges which will be allotted to the students in the third round, the physical reporting will have to be done with the remaining college fees and necessary documents to complete the final admission process by August 23 in the allotted colleges directly.
Students whose parents’ annual income is less than one lakh rupees and SC-ST PWD category students are given full waiver of tuition fees in NIT. Along with this, students whose parents’ annual income is between one to five lakhs get two-thirds waiver in tuition fees.
The seat acceptance fee, partial admission fee and institute admission fee deposited by the students during JoSAA and CSAB Counselling will be adjusted in the fees of the allotted colleges. Students will have to go to the website of their allotted colleges and get all the information about the remaining college fees, necessary documents and on which day to report according to their allotted branch.

Expert said that if the student leaves the seat received in the second round of seat allocation, then he will not get any refund of the fees. Such students who participated in CSAB after withdrawing or cancelling their seats in JoSAA, if these students are not allotted any seat, then the remaining fee will be refunded after deducting a fee of Rs. 5000.
Apart from this, such students who surrendered the seat allotted in the first round of CSAB after JoSAA Counselling and now are not allotted any seat, then the remaining fee will be refunded after deducting a fee of Rs. 10,000.
