Disability Not An Obstruction for the Courageous Vijay

Vijay of Mehsana (Gujarat) is Doing Well in Studies & Sports and Inspiring Others Despite Losing Both Forearms in an Electrocution 6 Years Ago

Often we get disheartened or disappointed by small issues and challenges in life and give up early. Vijay Khatri (10) is a true inspiration for all such people. Vijay lost his hands in amputation on 31st December 2016 when an electric wire fell over his hands.

Personified Name by Defying Odds

Personifying his name, one Vijay of Mehsana in Gujarat has achieved triumph over his disability. After losing his forearms in electrocution 6 years ago, this 10-year-old has not let his disability conquer him and become an obstruction to him.

He is acing in studies and sports and using his amputated hands to write and perform other life tasks. His positivity for life is an inspiration for all the students who want to prove themselves in their lives defying all odds.

Writes with his Amputated Hands & Legs

Writing is done with hands but disabled Vijay with an indomitable spirit is writing with his legs and amputated hands. He performs his homework and classwork with his amputated hands and legs. He is doing well in his studies as often teachers show his textbooks to the other students in his appreciation.

Rides Bicycles & Plays Football

Vijay is also fond of playing sports, particularly football. He not only plays with his friends but also his elders. He does not drop his shoulders after falling to the ground and rises with determination. He also enjoys riding bicycles in his leisure time.

Inspiration for the Students

If a student or person becomes passionate and committed to his goal in life then there is no hurdle that can deter him from accomplishing it. Vijay teaches us to never lose hope in any adversary of life and always move forward without stopping. We should always take the difficulties in stride while seeking success. Never lose heart, no matter how testing is the challenge.

Allen Student Tuhin Dey also Battled Cerebral Palsy to Crack JEE Main

A 90% disabled student from Allen, Tuhin Day has also proved himself to be an example for the students. He has defeated cerebral palsy disease by cracking JEE Main. He is now studying in the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur.
