Allen Career Institute felicitated the finalists of the International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) organized by Homi Bhabha Center for Science Education.
The team representing India comprises six students, of whom five are from ALLEN, Vasu Vijay, Devesh Pankaj, Banibrata Majhi, and Avneesh Bansal of class 9 & Rajdeep Mishra of class 10th. Devesh Pankaj Bhaiya joined online and was also congratulated by the directors.
In this, Avneesh Bansal is from ALLEN’s workshop program, and all the remaining students are from the classroom program.
The International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) is an annual science competition for students under 15. It is one of the International Science Olympiads and the only international academic competition that covers physics, chemistry, and biology equally. All the subjects of Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) are given equal weightage in the IJSO examination.
All the students were felicitated on Saturday at ALLEN Sankalp by hon’ble directors Rajesh Maheshwari and Naveen Maheshwari. To honor the IJSO finalists, ALLEN directors presented garlands and fed cake to them. Parents of all the students were also present on this occasion & were gifted bouquets.
