The Admit Cards for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2014 can be downloaded now from GOAPS login
Candidates who have applied for the GATE 2014 exams have to visit the official registration website of GATE http://gateapp.iitkgp.ac.in/gate/ to download the Online Admit Cards by using their registration login Id and Password.
GATE 2014 is scheduled to be held from 01 February 2014 and 02 March 2014 during forenoon (09:00 AM to 12:00 noon) and afternoon (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM) sessions on Saturdays and Sundays.
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination for candidates having undergraduate subjects in Engineering/Technology/Architecture and postgraduate level subjects in Science.
The GATE score assists in getting admissions to post-graduate programs (eg. M.E., M.Tech, direct Ph.D.) in Indian institutes of higher education with financial assistance provided by MHRD and other Government agencies.
For getting admissions in postgraduate programs or direct Ph.D in IITs, and IISc, a valid GATE score is required.
