Improved Preparation Resources are Showing an Impact

Experts believe that there are several reasons behind this increase. In the last few years, the availability of online learning platforms, digital study materials, and test series has increased. This has provided students with the opportunity to prepare in a more systematic manner.

Furthermore, advanced content produced by coaching institutes has also improved students’ problem-solving abilities.

The JEE Main Pattern is also Having an Impact

Another important reason is believed to be that in recent years, the level of many questions asked in the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) has become slightly more difficult than before. Sometimes, questions are asked that match the Advanced level.

This gives students preparing for the Advanced exam an opportunity to perform better in the Main exam.

This Trend May Continue

Education experts believe that if this trend continues, the percentage of students qualifying for the JEE Advanced may increase in the coming years. However, the level of competition will also become increasingly tough. Therefore, students will need not only studies but also smart strategies, regular practice, and a deep understanding of concepts.

Thus, data from the past few years clearly shows that the number of students qualifying for the JEE Advanced is gradually increasing. This change also indicates the changing nature of engineering entrance exam preparation in India and the increasing competitiveness of students.
