ISRO Will Organize A Quiz & Poster/Painting Competition On International Moon Day From 14 to 20 July
International Moon Day is celebrated on 20th July every year to mark the first human landing on the Moon, on 20 July 1969 by the Apollo 11 mission of the United States.
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has planned an interesting and knowledge-driven competition for students of classes 8-12.
The theme of the online competition of ISRO is ‘Lunar Exploration Coordination & Sustainability’. The online competition comprise of an ISRO quiz and a poster/painting contest, celebrating International Moon Day and the past and present future lunar missions.
