Registration for JEE Advanced-2018 is over. The JEE Advanced 2018 exam will be held on Sunday, May, 20. The entire JEE Advanced-2018 examination will be conducted fully in computer-based test mode.
About 2,31,024 candidates qualified JEE Main-2018 out of which 1,60,716 candidates registered themselves for JEE Advance-2018. The JEE score is a gateway for the country’s 23 IIT’s having 10988 seats. The registration process for JEE Advanced-2018 had started on 2nd May.
Students were required to register for JEE Advanced in three stages, the first two stages the student had to fill his details and upload the necessary documents.
In the last phase, registration fee had to be paid through debit card credit card and e-challan. This year, a total of 2,31,024 students have been declared eligible for JEE Advanced examination. In this, 1,11,275 are of general categories, 65,313 of OBC category, 34,425 of SC category, 2,755 students of Physical Disability category and 17,256 of ST.
A total of 1,60,716 students are registered, of which 62,850 students are of general category, 60,128 of OBC Category, 26,057 of SC, 11,681 of ST category.
Allen Career Institute’s Career Counseling Expert said According to the information released on JEE Advanced website, students whose registration is incomplete by any reason will be allowed to sit in the exam by issuing provisional admission card. Such students of general and OBC category will have to pay 3100 rupees and SC, ST and physically handicapped have to bring a demand draft of Rs. 1800 on the examination centres allotted on May 20. This Demand Draft will be payable in favour of Organising Chairman, JEE-Advanced. These students will be notified by e-mail before June 5 for uploading necessary documents.
