National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the exam dates of JEE Main April 2019. JEE Main 2019 April examination is rescheduled due to the declaration of general election dates by election commission of India. Accordingly, Paper-1(B.E./B.Tech) will be held on 8th, 9th,10th and 12th April 2019 while Paper-2 (B.Arch./B.Planning) will be held on 7th April 2019.
The individual candidates can see their exact date and shift from their respective admit cards which would be uploaded on www.jeemain.nic.in. The admit cards will be released on 20th March 2019.
The facility for JEE Main April 2019 Form Correction is available on the website www.jeemain.nic.in up to 15/03/2019. The candidates can make the correction in only one of the following fields. Candidate’s Name or Mother’s Name or Father’s Name.
Besides above, the Candidates can also make the correction in their application form in all other fields (particulars) except the choice of cities. The additional fee (if applicable) should be paid by the candidates only through credit/debit card/net banking or UPI from 11/03/2019 to 16/03/2019 (11:50 p.m)
All the candidates aspiring to take admission to the undergraduate programs at IITs for the year 2019 will have to appear in the Paper-1 (B. E. /B. Tech.) of JEE (Main) 2019. Based on the performance in the Paper-1 (B. E. /B. Tech.) of JEE (Main) 2019, the number of top candidates as per the requirement of JEE (Advanced) (including all categories) will be eligible to appear in JEE (Advanced)-2019.
