JEE Main 2022 Session 2 (July Session) Examination will be held from 25th July onwards

NTA has released the admit card and for the JEE Main 2022 Session 2 (July Session). The JEE Main 2022 Session 2 (July Session) Examination is scheduled to be held from 25th July onwards.

The admit cards for the JEE Main 2022 Session 2 (July Session) has been released on NTA’s official website which is jeemain.nta.nic.in. The Admit Card of Candidates appearing in paper-1 of JEE (Main) 2022 Session-2 starting from 25 July 2022, are available. Admit Card of the Candidates who opted centres outside India will be displayed later on, as their exams are scheduled after 25 July 2022.

Admit Cards of the Candidates appearing in paper-2 (B.Arch/ B. Planning) of JEE (Main) 2022 Session-2 will also be displayed later on, as their exams are scheduled on 30 July 2022.

How to download the admit card for JEE Main 2022 Session-2 (July Attempt)?

Here are the steps to download the admit cards for the JEE Main 2022 Session 2 (July session)-

  • Visit the official website of the JEE Main jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the ‘admit cards for JEE Main Session 2’ link.
  • A window will open in which fill the application number and password to download admit card.
  • Admit cards will be available for download.
  • Download the admit card for future references.

JEE Main 2022 is being organized in 2 Sessions

The First session of JEE Main 2022 was held from 20-29 June and now the second session of JEE Main 2022 will be held from 25th July. Prior Covid-19 pandemic, JEE Main was conducted only once a year but the number of JEE Main attempts were increased to 2 in the JEE Main 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. JEE Main attempts were further increased to 4 attempts in the JEE Main 2021 following the Covid-19 pandemic. However, when the Covid-19 pandemic situation has eased a bit this year, the number of JEE Main attempts has again been reduced to 2 this year.

JEE Main is an eligibility examination for JEE Advanced examination while it is also conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B.Tech.) at NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments.

JEE Main Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) is conducted in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only while Paper 2A (B. Arch): Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) is taken in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only and Drawing Test (Part-III) in pen and paper (offline) mode.
