NEET-UG 2023 Exam Will be Held on Sunday, 7th May
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET-UG 2023, the country’s largest medical entrance exam to be conducted by the National Testing Agency, will be held on 7 May, Sunday from 2 PM to 5:20 PM. Over 21.60 lakh aspirants would take the exam for about 1 lakh 90 thousand seats in MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BYMS, BUMS, BVSC, and selected BSc Nursing College courses.
Admission to reputed medical colleges like AIIMS and JIPMER will also be given through this exam. Aspirants must be curious about the NEET-UG 2023 examination so we are sharing details of the NEET-UG 2023 Examination and its Dos & Don’ts.

According to the admit card guideline issued by NTA, first fill out the admit card cum declaration of the examination properly, in which the candidate has to paste the photograph (as uploaded in the application form).
Candidates should bring their one postcard size photograph pasted in the prescribed format attached with the admit card to the examination centre. Apart from this, students also bring an additional passport-size photograph which will be useful for pasting on the attendance sheet.
The candidate has to sign himself in front of the examiner only. The impression of the thumb of the left hand will have to be brought from home. Aspirant can bring the print out of admit card in color or black and white.
The candidate will have to bring an original ID like Aadhar card, driving license, PAN card, voter card or 12th class admit card in which the photo of the examination is shown.
The aspirant will have to bring any one of these IDs to the examination centre. Photocopy of the ID’s will not be valid under any circumstances.
The pen will also be given to the students at the center itself. Personal transparent water bottle, 50 ml bottle of personal hand sanitizer, and if there is a disability, then the aspirant will have to carry relevant certificates with him/her.

The examinee can wear any light color dress. Students can wear trousers or pants with no metal buttons and a half-shirt or T-shirt. Boys should not wear full sleeves shirt. Girls can wear salwar kurta, leggings, pants or trousers, a t-shirt, and a Kurti.
None should have metal buttons. High heel sandals are prohibited on the feet, normal sleepers or normal shoes can be worn.
Do not wear jewellery or metal items like amulets, and Kadas. Aspirant will have to reach the examination centre by 11.30 am if he/she is wearing traditional or religious attire.
It is forbidden to carry electronic devices like calculators, mobile phones, watches, and Bluetooth devices in the exam.
No paper other than admit card in the prescribed proforma, postcard size photograph, and original ID card can be carried to the examination centre.
Admission to the examination center will start from 11 am and will continue till 1.30 pm. All the candidates have been given different reporting time which is marked on their admit cards.
Fill in your Roll Number, Paper Code, Question Paper Booklet Number, and Personal Details very carefully on the OMR sheet. While filling the oval, the pen’s ink should not overlap the other oval to keep the OMR sheet clean.
Do not do cutting and overwriting, even erasing on the OMR sheet. As per the guidelines issued by NTA this year, both the main OMR sheet and the office copy of the OMR sheet will have to be submitted to the invigilator after the completion of the examination, which is enclosed with the main OMR sheet.
After the completion of the exam, admit card and postcard size photograph will also have to be given to the examiner. In case of any problem, inform the examiner immediately.
