– Iftar packets are given to the students leaving for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh
– Iftar food being arranged by Allen Students Welfare Society
Educational City, kota is leaving no stone unturned to help the students in such adverse conditions. With the beginning of Ramadan, fruits and food are being provided to the students for iftar.
With the first day of Ramadan students called upon the helpline number issued by Allen Student Welfare Society and within no time the team became active and provided the students’ fruits and dates for iftar in the hostel.
Noor Fatima and Anam Shazim students from Bihar living in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar said that Bihar govt is not allowing the students to go back home. Our parents are very tensed. We have appealed on different platforms but till now there is no positive response. With the start of Ramadan, we were concerned about the availability of fruits for Iftar. We called on the helpline number of Allen Student Welfare Society and they provided us with a banana, grapes, curd, dates, juice.
Similarly, Ghazi Rasul Bhat, who left for Jammu and Kashmir, told that I did not know whether my Ramadan would be possible in the journey. There was no arrangement for iftar, but Allen solved the problem by providing iftar packets. I want to wholeheartedly Thank Kota and Allen.
Sh Naveen Maheshwari, Director of Allen Career Institute said when some students’ demanded the iftar packet, our team asked every student leaving for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Wafers, chocolate, biscuits, snacks, water bottles and masks are being provided to every student leaving from Kota. Along with this, fruits and dates are also being given for iftar.
