The Medical and Engineering coaching city Kota gave a lesson to country on Friday and made a world record of most people sweeping simultaneously. The biggest achievement of this drive was that not only Kota but youth of the whole country joined in this mission. Students from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, from west to north participated in this drive together with the citizens of Kota. More than 50 thousand people cleaned the streets of Kota which comprised 35 thousand students from Allen Career Institute and more than 15 thousand residents of Kota which were members of various social, professional, religious, administrative and educational institutions. Under the mega drive, all the 65 wards of the Kota Municipal Corporation were cleaned along where in total 100 locations were targeted. The locations included playgrounds, hospitals, government offices, police stations, national highways and educational institutions.
The main event was held in front of Allen Career Institute, Sakar Campus, Jhalawar Road, with the joint effort of Allen Career Institute and Municipal Corporation Kota. Here 8 thousand students and commoners were gathered. City Mayor Mahesh Vijay, Deputy Mayor Sunita Vyas, MLA Sandeep Sharma, District Collector Rohit Gupta, City Police Superintendent Anshuman Bhumiya, UIT Chairman RK Mehta, City Qazi Anwar Ahmed, Allen Career Institute Director Rajesh Maheshwari, Naveen Maheshwari along with several corporators and distinguished people of city were present in the event.

Took Oath of Cleanliness
Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, excitement was seen among the students and the citizens. Here Mayor Mahesh Vijay along with the students took the oath of cleanliness first. After this, the students took placards in their hands with a Clean Kota-Healthy Kota slogan. Students also showed the slogan of Clean India-Healthy India, Clean Kota-Healthy Kota to make everyone aware about the cleanliness.
Local Citizens participated with full enthusiasm and cleaned their localities
The impact of the mega cleanliness campaign was such huge that all the streets of the city were cleaned. To support the mega drive even large number of people came forward and cleaned their surrounding areas.
Kota has energy
Today the youth of Kota came forward to give a message to clean the city. It was very encouraging, these people took part in the cleanliness mission with great energy and zeal. Kota has maximum number of yough people with great energy. if this energy is used in noble cause such as this mega drive, then the new dimension towards development of Kota will be established. This is the first time that the youth of Kota along with the students from the different parts of the country came forward to clean the surroundings . Kota is a Mini India. Cleanliness is our priority
Our priority should be to clean city not only for one day but for the whole year, this campaign should run with same enthusiasm and zeal. A ritual should be made among the students regarding cleanliness so that in future where ever they go, they will take an initiative to keep their locality clean and green.
