ALLEN Career Institute’s TALLENTEX 2020 exam was conducted on Sunday in 13 states of the country. This exam is conducted to encourage the young talent, and further, they are felicitated with cash prizes, scholarships and mentoring.
Sh. Brajesh Maheshwari, Director of ALLEN Career Institute said, every year the students are actively participating in this examination. This year the exam is being organized on three dates for the students of Class V to X. On 29th September, the exam was conducted for students of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, where 4282 students appeared at 31 examination centres. On 13th October, the exam was conducted in 121 cities of 13 states, where 83562 students appeared in the exam at 345 examination centres.
“In the exam conducted on Sunday, majorly 24026 students from Rajasthan, 13993 from Punjab, 5894 from Himachal Pradesh, 481 from Jammu and Kashmir, 775 from Uttarakhand, 9813 from Gujarat, 17209 from Maharashtra, 1563 from Delhi NCR and 9130 students from Haryana appeared in the exam,” Sh. Brajesh Maheshwari added. The exam will be conducted for the remaining states on 20th October 2019.
This year more than 575 test centres have been set up for the examination in more than 418 cities of 29 states of the country. There are multiple-choice questions in the examination. The questions asked are from physics, chemistry, maths, biology and mental ability. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours and the medium of the exam will be English. Paper will be based on the NCERT syllabus. The students shortlisted on the basis of the examination will receive prizes of Rs. 1.25 Crore. These students will also get a scholarship up to 90% for the academic session 2019-20.
