Today is National youth day, the 160th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Vivekananda is a youth icon. The principles of Vivekanandastill infuse energy in the youth. He is synonymous with a young man who was always curious. He tried to find answers to his every question. He used to brainstorm until he was satisfied with the answers. He was never hesitant to ask questions. That’s why his principles seem to be a part of every youth’s life. More and more youth follow him. Vivekananda is an ideal youth for students. Let’s learn from his character. Follow his words in life.

Swami Vivekananda said, “As we see the world, so it will become. Let us stop finding faults in others and adopt the attitude of their cooperation. We have to identify ourselves. Talk to yourself at least once daily.” He called upon the youth power to “arise, awake and do not stop till the goal is achieved”.

His teaching impeccably teaches us that troubles come in everyone’s life. Running away from trouble is not the right option. You have to face them fearlessly. You are young warriors and youth never stops. Youth is capable of finding solutions to every problem. The youth of India have the potential to make their lives successful and meaningful and can take the country to the pinnacle of progress.

There are many such stories in the life of Vivekananda, which are lessons for the students. He learned from his life experiences and shared his invaluable lessons with others. Students should learn from Vivekananda. Adopt his words in life. Try continuously to make life successful.
