– The first girl from Jhalawar’s Pachpahar to pursue the prestigious MBBS
– Moved ahead fighting the deprivations, now teaches children in her free time
Nazia has scored 668 marks in the NEET (UG) 2021 results released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Her All India Rank is 1759, and the OBC Category Rank is 477. Counseling is going on, and Nazia’s admission to a government college is confirmed. Nazia says that along with the family’s poverty, it was a challenge not to have a strong educational background in the family. Still, my father went against the opinion of the family members and paid attention to my studies and gave full cooperation to the best of his ability. ALLEN’s teachers gave their full support to my dream, and they became my strength. I have been trying for NEET for the last four years. Every year I got more marks than before and last year was 602 marks, but still, I couldn’t get the college I desired. This year I worked harder and proved myself.
Nazia’s family lives in Pachpahad village near Bhawanimandi in the Jhalawar district. Father Isamuddin is a tempo driver; he takes care of the family expenses by driving a tempo (on loan) in Bhawanimandi. In an adverse situation, mother Amina Bi also works as a labourer in other people’s fields. There are three siblings, a younger sister who has just passed 12th and a brother in 10th standard. Nazia studied in the village itself till 8th standard and from 9th to 12th in a government school of Bhawani Mandi. She used to cycle 5 km daily to commute to her school by the cycle provided by the government.
Nazia said that she wants to do MBBS with hard work and establish herself as a gynaecologist in the future. Nazia is also interested in teaching children. After the NEET exam until the time of counseling, she regularly attends the government school in the village itself and teaches young children there. Given the condition of Nazia’s family, 75 percent rebate in fees was given by ALLEN Career Institute last year. Along with preparing for NEET, Nazia also studied B.Sc. The scholarship provided by the state government also supported her academic journey.
Nazia is an inspiration for students
Allen Career Institute is always ready to support talents who have the will to prosper. Nazia has brought laurels to the family and the village. Such children will later become an example for the region and society and an inspiration for other students. ALLEN will continue to help such children.
