New Dates For The Examination Will Be Declared Soon At – natboard.edu.in
The NEET SS 2023 examination, administered by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, New Delhi, has been postponed. The Board will soon release the updated exam dates, which will be accessible on the official NBE website at natboard.edu.in.
Originally scheduled for September 9 and 10, 2023, the examination has been rescheduled due to the 18th G20 Summit taking place in Delhi from September 8 to 10, 2023. The revised timetable for conducting NEET SS 2023 across the nation will be announced shortly on the NBEMS website.
The official notice reads, “in wake of the 18th G20 Summit scheduled to be held on 9th and 10th September 2023 in India and consequent travel restrictions which shall now be in place in Delhi from 8th September 2023 to 10th September 2023, the conduct of NEET-SS 2023, which was announced to be held on 9th and 10th September 2023 across the country, has been deferred.”
NEET SS 2023 will be conducted in a computer-based format, with different groups of candidates being examined during morning and afternoon sessions on the specified exam days. The question paper will consist of a total of 150 questions to be completed within a duration of 2 ½ hours.
NEET SS 2023 serves as the sole eligibility cum entrance examination for admission to Super Specialty Courses for the academic session 2023-24. This includes all DM/MCh Courses in the country, encompassing private medical colleges, institutions, universities, and deemed universities. Additionally, it covers all DM/MCh courses at Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions and all DrNB Super-specialty Courses, excluding Direct 6 Years DrNB Courses.
