The Supreme Court has allowed medical aspiring students who are 25 years of age or above to appear in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) undergraduate exam 2019. However, the admission of the candidates will be subject to the final outcome of the case.
The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) which was earlier conducted by the CBSE will now be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The applicants who clear NEET are eligible to seek admission to MBBS/BDS courses. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be held on May 5, 2019, in Offline Mode (pen and paper basis).
The Supreme Court has also directed the National Testing agency to extend the NEET deadline by one week. The last date to apply for NEET was November 30. The NEET 2019 application form was released on November 1, 2018, on the official website of NTA NEET.
