Previous Update:

The online application form correction process of NEET-UG 2020 to be conducted by NTA has been started on Wednesday, 15 January.

This facility has been provided to the candidates from 15th to 31st January 2020. No correction will be allowed after this date.

ALLEN Career Counseling Expert Sh Parijat Mishra said that students can see the complete submitted application form by entering their registration number and password on the website of ntaneet.nic.in. The candidates can make changes in particulars other then registered email ID and registered mobile number. NTA has given an option to add, remove and modify the data. Students can make changes in the category of personal details, educational qualification, state eligibility, examination centre, Medium of Question Paper and category.

If a student wants to change the category from reserved category to unreserved category, wherever change in category involves the higher fee, candidates will have to pay the difference in the fee. But if the category is changed from the unreserved category to reserved category, no payment has to be made. If there is a change from OBC or EWS category to unreserved category, then an additional fee of Rs 100 has to be paid. Similarly, if there is a change from ST/SC to an unreserved category, then an additional fee of Rs 700 has to be paid.
Documents such as photo, sign, left-hand thumb impression and Class 10 certificate, if uploaded incorrectly, can also be reloaded. Since the opportunity for correction will be given only once, a student should carefully observe the entire form before submitting. Once submitted, there will be no change in it. After correction, keep the application form and correction slip for further reference.
