NEET UG 2022: Complete Process for MCC AIQ Counselling

The much-awaited NEET UG 2022 Counselling has Begun. MCC is Conducting the NEET UG 2022 Counselling

MCC has issued an information brochure about the NEET UG 2022 counselling. Here’s the important information and update on the MCC AIQ NEET UG 2022 Counselling process. 

MCC AIQ UG COUNSELLING

MCC AIQ UG counselling is applicable for 15%  seats for All India Quota, 100% Seats of All AIIMS, JIPMER [All India & Internal UT Quota of Puducherry, Central Universities  (BHU, AMU – AIQ and Internal), VMMC & ABVIMS (15% AIQ  & 85% – State Quota based Seats ), DU (15% AIQ  & 85% – State Quota based Seats), ESIC Colleges ( 15% AIQ , 35 % IP Quota 100%, AFMC, PUNE – Shortlisting Only, Deemed Universities – Pvt Self-financed University with High Fee, central Institutes providing Bsc Nursing Honors courses, and 50% State Quota in which ESIC Medical College is Located)

REGISTRATION & COUNSELING PROCESS

Candidates are informed that the e-mail ID and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form of NEET UG 2022 will be used for registration on the MCC portal for Counselling.

Please note that registration facility will be available at the beginning of first round, second round & mop-up round on notified dates. Thereafter, registration facilities shall not be available.

ROUND-1
a) Main counseling Registration which will include payment of a Non-Refundable Registration fee and Refundable Security Deposit (to be refunded only in the account from which payment has been made).
b) Exercising of Choices and Locking of choices.
c) Process of Seat Allotment Round-1
d) Publication of the result of Round 1 on the MCC website
e) Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against 1 Round.

ROUND-2
(Candidates who registered for Round 1 and did not get any seat allotted are not required to register again.)
1) Fresh New Registration for Round 2 is to be done for those candidates who
a) Have not registered in Round 1 (with full payment of fees).
b) Candidates who have Resigned / Not reported in Round-1 need not register again.
c) Fresh Choice filling Round-2.
d) Publication of result of Round 2 on MCC website.
e) Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against Round 2

The candidates who have joined a seat in round 2 of State quota counselling or AIQ counselling will not be eligible for the further rounds of counselling.
MCC of DGHS will share the data of joined candidates up to round 2 of counselling with all the participating States. Similarly, the participating States will also share the data of joined candidates up to their round 2.
This will prevent duplication of candidates and seat blocking by the candidates.

MOP –UP ROUND

Fresh Registration with payment of registration fee for Mop Up Round for the following candidates

i) Who registered in Round-2 & exited with Forfeiture of fees without joining can register again with payment of fees. However, candidates who have already joined and taken admission upto Round-2 of AIQ/Deemed/ Central Universities/Nursing will not be eligible to participate in Mop Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round. (Those who registered but were not allotted a seat in Round-1 & Round-2 need not register again).
ii) Fresh choice filling of Mop Up Round
iii) Publication of result of Mop Up Round on MCC website
iv) Reporting at the Allotted Medical/ Dental College after Mop Up Round.

FINAL STRAY VACANCY ROUND

i)   AIQ Stray Vacancy Round for State contributed seats will be conducted by MCC of DGHS, MoHFW.
ii)  Central University/Institutes- Will be conducted by MCC of DGHS based on the eligibility condition of the Central Institutes/University/nursing institutes
iii) For Deemed Universities the Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed University.
iv) There will be no Fresh Registration of Candidates in the Final Stray Vacancy Round.
v) There will be no choice filling in Stray Vacancy Round. The choices filled during the Mop-Up round will be considered for allotment in Stray Vacancy Round.
vi)  Allotment of seats ‘Online’ by running software
vii) Eligible candidates who are not holding any seat can participate in Stray Vacancy Round.)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

I. Allotment Letter issued by MCC.
II. Admit Cards of Exam issued by NTA.
III. Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA.
IV. Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate  does not bear the same)
V. Class 10th Certificate
VI. Class 10+2 Certificate
VII. Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
VIII. Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
IX. Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.
X. Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport)
XI For NRI/ OCI candidates appearing for  Deemed Universities following documents are mandatory:
a) Passport copy of sponsorer, embassy  certificate
b) Sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsorer is ready to bear the expenses  for the whole duration of study)
c) Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate  with the sponsorer)
XII. The Candidate should also bring the  following certificate, ST/SC/OBC/EWS/PWD  Certificates (if applicable)
XIII. Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate
