With respect to the Information Bulletin for NEET (UG) – 2023, NTA has issued clarification regarding the SC/ST Certificate for NEET (UG)-2023. Aspirants can read the complete notification of NTA at the official NTA website — neet.nta.nic.in.
NTA clarified that no cut-off date for SC/ST certificate in favour of concerned candidates has been stipulated. NTA in its notification for NEET 2023 stated, “Clause 6.2.3 of the Information Bulletin for NEET (UG) – 2023 has been amended accordingly. Para (1) and para (2) of Appendix-XB in the Information Bulletin have also been updated.
It is further clarified that no such cut-off date is applicable in the SC/ST Certificate format given at Appendix-XA or in the Online Application Form for NEET (UG)-2023. For any other query related to NEET (UG) – 2023, the candidates may contact 011- 40759000 or email at neet@nta.ac.in.

According to the NEET reservation policy 2023, 15% of all programme seats are reserved for applicants from Scheduled Castes, 7.5% of programme seats are reserved for applicants from Scheduled Tribes, and 5% of programme seats are reserved for applicants from General, General Category—Economically Weaker Section, Other Backward Classes—Non-Creamy Layer, SC, and ST category.
Before the NEET UG 2023 registration date expires, students are recommended to register online for the entrance exam at neet.nta.nic.in. As per the schedule, candidates can apply till April 6.

Information about the registration process of NEET (UG) 2023 has been given in the NEET UG 2023 notification. However, here is the step-by-step guide to register for NEET UG 2023-
The NEET (UG) 2023 Examination will be held on 7th May this year. It will be conducted for a duration of 3 hours 20 minutes. The Entrance exam will start at 2 pm and end at 5.20 pm. NEET UG 2023 aspirants will be able to apply for NEET UG at neet.nta.nic.in.
Examination will be held in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Odia, Malayalam, and Kannada.
