Students who cleared NEET UG-2020 have been eagerly waiting for the NEET UG Counselling 2020. Earlier, it was supposed to begin from October 27, 2020.
However, as per the latest updates, NEET UG Counselling for the current academic session of 2020-21 is to start from today i.e. October 28, 2020.
The update was made available on the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Students looking forward to applying for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in the country are to visit MCC’s official website, mcc.nic.in so as to register for the NEET UG 2020 counselling process.
According to the schedule of NEET-UG 2020 counseling, which has been released by the MCC, registration for counseling process, payment, as well as the choice filling for Round 1 will begin on October 28 and the last date of registering will be November 2.
The choice filling has to start from October 28 and candidates should lock their choices by November 2, between 4:00 PM to 11:59 PM. Seat allotment processing for Round 1 will take place from November 3 to 4 and the result of Round 1 allotment is to be released on November 5. Allocated candidates will have to report between November 6 to November 12, 2020.
Also note that one candidate can submit the NEET-UG Counselling, 2020 application/registration form only once. If any candidate is found to have made more than one application or registration form submission for the NEET UG counseling, he or she will be debarred from the counseling allotment process. Moreover, the candidate’s application will be canceled and appropriate action as needed further will be taken by the MCC of DGHS, MoHFW.
