And the much-awaited verdict has finally arrived today for NEET UG aspirants. In a relief to thousands of students, the Supreme Court on Friday allowed candidates above 25 years of age to appear for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), for this year, with the approval of Medical Council of India.
The final date for filling of forms has also been extended till April 5. Earlier, March 1 was the last date for the NEET online application. Exams will be conducted on May 7 as usual.

The aspirants above 25 years can apply online .
A maximum of 03 (Three) attempts are allowed for every candidate.
As per the official notification by the Central Broad of Secondary Education (CBSE), the NEET will be held in 10 languages — Hindi, English, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya and Kannada.
NEET 2017 will be conducted on May 7 for admissions to undergraduate courses in medical and dental colleges.
