National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2020. The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) which was earlier conducted by the CBSE is expected to be conducted in Pen and Paper mode (Offline). The applicants who clear NEET are eligible to seek admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in Indian Medical/Dental Colleges.
Candidates must check the eligibility before appearing for the NEET UG examination. To be eligible for NEET 2020, the candidate should consider:
Nationality: Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Oversees Citizen of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) & Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear in NEET (UG).
Age: Candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2020. For General category candidates, the upper age is 25 years and 30 years for OBC/SC/ST categories candidates.
Qualification: Candidate must have qualified class 12th or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as compulsory subjects.
Percentage Required for NEET: Must have secured in Class XII, a minimum of 50% marks for General categories; 45% marks for PH & 40% marks for SC/ST category candidates in PCB group.
The aspirants of the pre-medical exam NEET (UG) – 2020 can only apply Online. To fill the form, candidates must strictly follow the instructions given on the official NTA website (www.ntaneet.nic.in).
The Application fee for General/ OBC is INR 1400, and for SC/ ST/ PH is INR 750

NEET UG 2020 admit card will be released after the registration process is successfully completed. The Admit Card for NEET-UG contains important details such as exam center location, shift, name, photo, address. Students should check all the information carefully. In case there is a mistake, contact the NTA. Also, make sure you carry the admit card along with you on the exam day. Apart from the admit card of NEET 2020, candidates also need to carry with them a valid photo ID proof.
To download the admit card, candidates have to logon to NTA official website and log-in using the Application number, date of birth, and security pin and then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
NEET (UG) 2020 will comprise of topics from Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects. A common syllabus for NEET UG courses will be proposed by MCI (Medical Council of India).
