Now strict action will be taken against teachers for ensuring quality in education. Education Minister Madan Dilawar has announced to take serious action on the complaints of teachers using mobile phones during duty hours and leaving the premises. He said that schools are trying to follow all the orders, instructions and rules already made in education.

Everyone is trying to improve the environment in the school so that no teacher leaves the school during school hours in the name of worshiping Bheruji-Balaji or offering Namaz. If he has to go, he should take leave. It will be recorded in the register that the teacher has taken leave.

Otherwise, if any teacher leaves the school without notice, action will be taken against him. The Education Minister warned that action can be taken against such teachers ranging from suspension to dismissal.

While calling out mobile as a disease, he said that many teachers in the school keep watching share market or social media on mobile. During this time he remains entangled in it. In such a situation, it has been directed that no teacher will now carry a mobile phone inside the school. Even if a teacher’s mobile phone comes in by mistake, he will submit it to the principal.

Only the principal’s mobile will remain open during school hours so that if any emergency occurs, information can be given on the principal’s phone. This will also save the loss of children’s education due to mobile phones. Along with this, teachers are being instructed to study themselves before teaching the children. So that children’s problems can be solved properly.

Apart from this, the Education Minister said that encroachments on playgrounds in government schools will be removed. Work has been started on this in the form of a campaign. Efforts are being made to bring quality in education by resolving such small issues.
