SUCCESS STORY: Battled against all Odds, Son of NREGA Worker Kuldeep to study in IIT

Studied in a government school, father took a loan for his studies

“In order to maintain balance in life, it is necessary to contribute to society and this thinking is developed through family, society and teachers.”

This is the story of one such person who is moving towards his destination by following such values. ALLEN Student Kuldeep Singh Naruka, son of NREGA labourer Tej Singh, resident of Piparwala village near Nainwa of Bundi district secured 14001 ranks in IIT-JEE.

Kuldeep said that, after completing engineering, I want to become an IAS officer. The condition of my village is very unfavourable, I want to develop my village and provide facilities to the people here.

Changed 3 schools to study up to Class 12th

Kuldeep said that his village is about 7 km away from Nainwa town of Bundi district. The village consists of 50-60 houses, where the roads are not developed. The village is also deprived of basic facilities such as water and electricity, the school here is up to Class 5th.
When I got into Class 5th, I had to go to Suwania village, about 4 kilometres away from my village. I had to walk at least 8 km daily to attend school.
Rakesh sir, my school teacher guided me about Kota coaching and after getting transferred to Mirzapur, Baran, he got me admitted in the same school so that he could guide me further.

Got Support from ALLEN

Kuldeep studied in Suwania up to Class 10th and secured 95.83 per cent. After this, his teachers advised him to opt for science, maths and pursue engineering. He is the first student from his village to opt for science and maths. He secured 96 per cent in class 12th while studying in Government School of Mirzapur.

Kuldeep said his teacher came along with him to Kota, where he took admission in ALLEN Career Institute. Seeing his talent and financial condition he got a scholarship of 65 per cent. His father deposited the remaining amount by taking a loan

Kuldeep’s father is a farmer. They have 4 bighas of land in the village, through which the needs of their family are fulfiled. He has 2 younger sisters, who are studying in a government school. His father always supported him for his studies. He worked as an NREGA labourer to fulfil his dream. Mother, Preeti Kanwar is a housewife and class 5th passed. Kuldeep worked hard and got 14001 ranks in JEE Advanced. Not only his family, but the whole village is proud of him
