Being “the best“ is a goal that inspires everyone. But how to be the best? Growing up in the world of competition can make “the best” seem like a challenging task. Still, this challenging task is achievable if you carefully shape your life by incorporating proper techniques.
When we encounter students with extraordinary abilities, we can’t help but wonder: How do they perform so well? Do they have natural talent? What transformed their natural-born abilities into extraordinary success?”
Intrigued with their performance, we often want to grow like them, achieve great ranks and perform incredibly. What if we told you there are positive and well-experimented ways to grow yourself to the highest potential and achieve tremendous success. Today, we are talking about one such super technique for high performance.
Irrespective of the exam you are fighting, there is one great technique to help you become a great performer. When we talk about JEE Main 2021 and NEET 2021, high performance in exams can be achieved by keeping the brain and body relaxed. This unique method has been researched on many students of various performance levels in internal exams conducted at ALLEN. And it’s highly recommended that all students follow this method to see the results in just a few weeks.
What is surprising is that researchers have pinpointed connectivity with parents and siblings as one of the best peculiarities of high performing students. Kids connected with their parents are mostly academically smart. They have a sense of agency, with an insight of getting up to proceed.
After researching about 100- 150 High Performing Students, we have found an incredible common factor. The common factor in all the performers is that they are highly connected to their parents. Their parents also take the extra effort to make them comfortable and work towards equating their mindset with the children. A deep friendship between parents and their kids is not only comforting but also very inspiring. Parents talk to their kids about ambition, goals, and even their life; they steadily boost and motivate their kids. This brilliant practice eradicates the negativity from children’s lives. It is highly suggested, parents should not indulge in unnecessarily scolding their children. Their ultimate goal should be to reduce the stress level and enhance positivity.
The way parents talk to their children determines how well they will do in their academics and throughout life.
The enemies of confidence are discouragement and fear. So, as a parent, it’s your job to encourage and support your child as they attempt to tackle difficult tasks. Parents who’ve figured out how to put their kids on track for achieving their greatest potential become proud parents to the most successful students.
A kid who lacks confidence will be reluctant to try new things; confidence is one of the greatest gifts a parent can give their child.

Parents are encouraged to keep the talk casual and light; they should stop themselves from tilting towards the negative talks, counting failures, and discouraging their kids. The negative conversations have no practical importance; the only thing it does is elevate stress. Children exposed to comfort tend to perform excellently in their academics.
If you live with your parents, then talk to your parents during the night before you sleep or at the time of having dinner. At least give 15 to 30 minutes of your day to your parents and indulge in casual talks. If you stay at a hostel, call your parents or siblings, whoever you are close with. Remember to differentiate between people who are genuinely concerned about your growth, happiness, and success and those who are not. Do not waste your time in unnecessary conversations with your friends and counterparts. Because this is a crucial phase of your life, you must take every step very diligently and consciously.
Students who speak to their parents have a strong sense of purpose and have clarity of mind when it comes to the problems they want to solve.
You don’t have to talk about your subjects; you can just talk about your ambition. Within a couple of days, you will realize the benefit of this practice. You will start endorsing this healthy practice yourself.
Must Watch :
Let’s get back to the basics; exam performance depends on how relaxed you are on the exam day. One inevitable thing to feel refreshed is ‘Proper Sleep of 6 to 7 Hours’. We recommend, being a student, one must sleep around 10 pm or 11 pm and sleep till 5 am (ideal sleep to keep you relaxed for the entire day).
To maintain this routine, propel yourself to wake up in the morning at 5:00 am; and then study with the utmost focus for the entire day. After a full day of work, you will easily be able to sleep around 10 pm.
Keep yourself calm, cool, and relaxed for the entire day, especially before you sleep. Form a habit of sleeping around 10 pm for 10-15 days. You will soon realize that you will begin to wake up fresh after taking proper sleep and even start to relegate your stress level. This will be highly beneficial for you on the examination day. You need to be very cool and calm to put your “2- 3 years of hard work” into action. You must note, being relaxed increases the exam performance, so avoid indulging in nervousness and enhance your performance.
To effectively implement the preparation in the examination hall, you ought to stay calm and compost.
One needs to understand that the journey is more important than the destination, so focus on improvement and growth, the goodwill eventually come.
