After creating history in JEE and NEET results in the country, ALLEN Career Institute is now setting new dimensions of success in the International Level’s competitive examinations. Three students of ALLEN Global Studies Division (AGSD) have successfully received an offer to study at Oxford University, UK; one of the World’s Top 5 universities.
Mr. Naveen Maheshwari, Director of ALLEN, informed that Tejas Mittal, Ojas Mittal, and Ashwat Jain, students of the institution, have achieved success and will be studying at Oxford University’s graduate program. Ojas Mittal and Tejas Mittal have been selected in the Mathematics Program and Ashwat Jain in Physics Program.
Mr. Maheshwari mentioned that the Oxford entrance exam is one of the most important and the toughest exams in the world. Indian students have a success rate of 4 percent, with 17 percent of students achieving success internationally. So this result is highly celebratory for the entire nation.
Mr. Maheshwari added that students’ eligibility for this examination depends on their class 9 to 12 results. Students who score around 85 percent marks become eligible for the examination; this percentage may vary. The first is a written examination, in which theoretical questions are asked. After qualifying the written examination, Oxford experts ask questions related to the subject in an interview. In a live interview, four experts interview a student for about an hour. After this, the results are declared about admission eligibility based on academics, written examination, and interview.
The ALLEN Global Studies Division has been preparing students for the graduation program’s entrance exam in the world’s top universities for the last three years. Students are guided for profile building, statement of purpose, interview skills, recommendations, along with subject preparation. So far, AGSD has placed four students to MIT, three to Oxford, two to Caltech, Imperial, Michigan, and many other top universities. This is the first year that AGSD students applied to Oxford, and three of them got selected. At AGSD, students are prepared for interviews through mock tests along with written test preparation.
