Tips and Mantras for aspiring AIIMS & NEET-UG candidates by AIIMS 2017 All India Topper Nishita Purohit

AIIMS 2017 All India Topper Nishita Purohit shared Tips and mantras for aspiring AIIMS & NEET UG 2018 candidates.

According to her, the syllabus provided by ALLEN is more than sufficient to crack NEET, AIIMs and JIPMER. Nishita used to give all her class tests, no matter how prepared she was.

She says it is highly recommended to give tests regularly; the regular system of assessment at ALLEN helps to overcome the fear of exams that we have on the final day and also help us to evaluate the areas which are weak. ALLEN’s test series serves as a good platform for competing with some of the brilliant minds of the nation.

You need to be thorough with the modules, the material and should be really attentive in your classes if you’re attending classes regularly; almost 50% of your work is done. After coming from the class, you should revise whatever you are taught. A student should practice more and should solve around 200-300 objective questions in a day. Self-evaluation is most important. You should evaluate yourself from the result of the tests.

Focus on the problems you face and try to improve the areas you lack. You should strengthen your strong points to ace them. For AIIMS, extra edge comes from physics and chemistry NCERT and attending general knowledge classes by ALLEN. You need to read the newspaper daily. Faculty of Allen is always ready to guide the students, if you are facing any problem do not to hesitate to ask.

You need to study with an open mind so that you can solve questions by applying logic. For NEET, students should follow their classroom material and they should solve as many questions to gain confidence and overcome the anxiety before the examination.
