ALLEN Kota President, Vinod Kumawat, informed that this examination is conducted jointly by the Mathematics Teachers Association of India (MTAI) and the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE). The IOQM examination was conducted at various centres across India on September 7th and September 28th. Now, the next stage for the selected students will be the Regional Mathematical Olympiad (RMO), which will be held on November 16th. Following the INMO, the Olympiad Camp (OCSC) is organized, in which the best students from across the country participate. Based on the performance in this camp, a five-member Indian team is selected to represent the country in the upcoming International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO 2026). The competition will be held in Shanghai, China next year.
