The Refresher Gatekeeper Training Sessions Are Being Organized with the Support of District Administration of Kota
ALLEN Career Institute is conducting free refresher gatekeeper training programs for faculty sensitization. On the instructions of the Kota district administration, one such gatekeeper training program was held in the Samras Auditorium of ALLEN Samunnat Campus in Jawahar Nagar recently in which around 700 faculties participated.
If we Understand and Remain Alert, We will be Empowered: Sunita Daga
Chief nodal officer for coaching centers Sunita Daga, SDM and nodal officer Gajendra Singh, ALLEN Kota President Vinod Kumawat and QPR gatekeeper certified trainer Dr. Himanshu Sharma participated in the training. Feedback was also taken from all the trainees before and after the training.
On this occasion, Chief Nodal Officer Sunita Daga said that Kota is the most suitable city for students. There is no better caring than this for the preparation of engineering and medical entrance exams. This is also being proved. The district administration is working with full alertness under the guidance of District Collector Dr. Ravindra Goswami.
Faculties have a very important responsibility because they are in direct communication with the students. In such a situation, if they understand the students and remain alert, then the entire system will be strengthened. We will be able to take better care.
Nodal Officer Gajendra Singh said that the district administration is leaving no stone unturned in providing a positive environment to the students. Efforts are being made to reach every student. They should be given better facilities. If there is any kind of complaint, it should be resolved immediately.
Every section will have to make full efforts in this. Along with the district administration, every person associated with coaching institutes, hostels, messes will have to come forward and take responsibility.
ALLEN Kota President Vinod Kumawat said that ALLEN is ready to do every work in a dedicated manner in collaboration with the district administration. Students should study in a positive environment and here they should get the best environment of the country. This is ALLEN ‘s effort. At ALLEN too, dedicated efforts are being made to solve every problem of the students and the faculties have full contribution in this. Through student teacher meetings, we establish communication with each student and get information about him.
Dr. Himanshu Sharma said that maximum gate keeper training was given in Kota. Its effect has also been seen and this gate keeper training will be given every year. This is a refresher session, those who have completed their training for one year are being trained again. Its purpose is that we help the students while being alert.
