MCC to Start Registration for MBBS, BDS and Ayush Courses
Schedule for 15 percent All India Quota released for admission in Central University, AIIMS Institute, JIPMER Institute, Deemed University, ESIC, Medical College, AFMC Pune and Central Nursing Institutes.
Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has released a notification on its website on Saturday afternoon to announce the online counseling schedule for 15 percent All India Quota for admission in AIIMS Institute, JIPMER Institute, Central University, Deemed University, ESIC Medical College AFMC Pune and Central Nursing Institutes by NEET UG 2025 rank.
Seat Verification of First Round
Career Counseling Expert, ALLEN Career Institute, said that the seat verification process of the first counseling will start from 18 to 19 July and the registration process will run from 21 July to 28 July 2025. Between 22 July to 28 July 2025, students will have to fill their choice of medical, dental and nursing colleges as per their wish.
For this, students will also have to pay the prescribed fee which can be done through online debit card, credit card and internet banking. Choice locking will be done on 28 July 2025, seat allotment process will be done on 29 to 30 July 2025 and seat allotment letter will be issued to the selected students on 31 July 2025.
Students will have to report to the allotted college with their documents and fees between 1 August 2025 to 6 August 2025. After this, MCC will verify the data of the joining candidates on 7th and 8th August.
Seat Verification of Second Round
The seat verification process of the second round of counseling will run from 9th to 11th August and the registration process will run from 12th August to 18th August 2025. Between 13th August to 18th August 2025, students will have to fill their choice of medical and dental colleges as per their wish.
There is no need for the previously registered candidates of the first round to deposit the security fee back, but the candidates participating for the first time in the second round will also have to pay the prescribed fee for this, which can be done through online debit card, credit card and internet banking.
Choice locking on 18th August 2025, seat allotment process on 19th -20th August 2025 and seat allotment letter will be issued to the selected students on 21st August 2025. Students will have to report to the allotted college with their documents and fees between 22 August 2025 to 29 August 2025. After this, MCC will verify the data of joining candidates on 30 August – 1 September 2025.
Along with this, the National Medical Commission has also released a joint schedule of All India and State Counseling, under which the process of state counseling will run from 30 July to 6 August, although many states have started registration of their state counseling.
The first phase of state counseling will end on 12 August 2025. Detailed information of which will be made available online on the State Counseling Portal in a fixed period. According to the schedule announced by the National Medical Commission, this year’s academic session is proposed to start from 1 September 2025.
