Registration Process for First Round Counselling has Commenced
The Central AYUSH Admission Counselling Committee (AACCC) has released the schedule for NEET-UG 2025 Counselling. This Counselling will be conducted for admission to 15 percent All India Quota, Central Universities, National Institutions, Government Aided Colleges and Deemed Universities. This will include BAMS, BSMS, BHMS, BUMS and B.Pharma (AYUSH) courses.
Candidates who have passed the NEET exam 2025 will now be able to choose their preferred college and course by registering online. Here we will give you detailed information about the complete process, registration fees, security deposit, choice filling and seat allotment.

NEET-UG 2025 AYUSH Counselling: Key Dates
Online Registration – 22 August to 1 September 2025
Choice Filling and Fee Payment – 26 August to 1 September 2025
Choice Locking – 26 August 2 pm to 1 September 11:55 pm
Seat Allotment Process – 2 September to 3 September 2025
Seat Allotment Result – 4 September 2025
College Reporting (with documents and fees) – 5 September to 12 September 2025
Registration Process (NEET-UG 2025 Counselling Registration Process)
Registration process for Round 1 Counselling has commenced. Here’s the complete registration process-
- Candidates must first visit the official website of AACCC.
- You have to register online by clicking on the link “NEET UG Counselling 2025” available there.
- For registration, name, roll number, date of birth and other details have to be filled.
- After this, the candidates have to pay the prescribed fee online.
- After payment, the candidates will be able to select their preferred college and course by going to the choice filling page.
Registration Fees
The registration fees are fixed differently according to the category and type of institute:
- Government Colleges / Aided Colleges / Central Universities / National Institutes
- General / EWS / OBC-NCL – ₹1000/-
- SC / ST / PwBD – ₹500/-
- Deemed Universities
- For all category candidates – ₹5000/-
Security Deposit
It is mandatory for the candidates to deposit a security deposit to participate in the Counselling.
- For Government and Aided Colleges / Central University / National Institutes – ₹20,000/-
- For Deemed University – ₹50,000/-
This amount can be deposited online through debit card, credit card or internet banking.

Choice Filling & Locking
- Candidates will be able to do their choice filling from 26 August to 1 September 2025.
- Candidates will have to lock the choice from 26 August 2 pm to 1 September 11:55 pm.
If a candidate does not lock the choice, then his submitted choice will be auto-locked after 11:55 pm on 1 September.
Seat Allotment Process
- Seat allotment will be done between 2nd and 3rd September 2025.
- Its result will be released on the official website on 4th September 2025.
Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to do document verification and fee payment in their allotted college from 5th September to 12th September.
Option of Free Exit and Upgradation
- Since this is the first round Counselling, special facility has been given to the candidates:
- If a candidate is not satisfied with the allotted college, he can choose the option of upgrade.
- Candidates who do not want to take admission in the college can also opt for Free Exit.
- Candidates choosing free exit will not be required to report to their allotted college and their security deposit will also not be forfeited.
- Such candidates will be able to do choice filling again in the second round of Counselling.
In Which Courses will Admission be Given?
Admission will be given in the following courses under NEET-UG 2025 AYUSH Counselling:
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
- BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery)
- BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
- BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery)
- B.Pharm (Ayush)
All these courses are related to the traditional medical systems of India and their popularity is increasing rapidly nowadays.

Documents Required for Counselling and Admission
At the time of counselling and reporting, candidates will have to carry some original documents, which include:
- NEET-UG 2025 Admit Card
- NEET-UG 2025 Score Card
- 10th and 12th Marksheets and Certificates
- Certificate of Date of Birth
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Ayushman/Reservation Certificate (if required)
- Passport Size Photo
- Government Identification Card (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport etc.)
