Here is important news for the students aspiring to pursue a career in the medical field at AIIMS. The online registration process for the AIIMS BSc Nursing (Hons.) and allied Health Sciences (Paramedical) Courses 2026 has begun. This process is being conducted entirely online, making it easy for candidates across the country to apply.

Several health science courses are offered at AIIMS, New Delhi, and other AIIMS institutes. These include BSc Nursing (Hons), BSc Nursing (Post Basic), as well as several paramedical courses such as Optometry, Radiography, Operation Theatre Technology, Medical Lab Technology, Dental Hygiene, Radiotherapy, Urology, Perfusion Technology, Neuro Monitoring, Orthopedics, Respiratory Therapy, and Nuclear Medicine, offering strong career options in the healthcare sector.

The application process will begin on March 28, 2026, and will continue until April 24, 2026. Candidates with any errors in their application forms can make corrections between April 29 and May 3, 2026.
The admit card for BSc Nursing will be released on June 19, 2026, and the exam will be held on June 27, 2026. The admit card for Paramedical courses will be released on June 27, and the exam will be held on July 4, 2026.
To apply, candidates must first complete a One-Time Registration (OTR). This requires entering their email ID and mobile number, after which verification is completed via OTP. This process lays the foundation for further application.
After completing the OTR, candidates must fill in their personal information. This includes information such as name, parents’ names, date of birth, gender, marital status, and category. Candidates from reserved categories are also required to upload their valid category certificate.
Candidates must provide identity documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport, or driving license. They must also provide their permanent and current address information in the form to facilitate future communication.
Filling in 10th and 12th grade information is mandatory during the application process. Students currently studying in 12th grade can also apply under the “appearing” category. This gives them the opportunity to appear for the exam.
This year, AIIMS has made changes to the exam center selection process. While previously candidates selected a city, they will now be required to select a state. Candidates must select three states of their choice where they wish to appear for the exam.
While filling the form, candidates must upload their recent photograph, signature, and left thumb impression. It is also mandatory to upload their 10th grade marksheet and pass certificate. All documents must be in the prescribed format and size.
The application fee is ₹2,000 for General and OBC categories, while it is ₹1,600 for SC, ST, and EWS categories. Candidates can pay the fee through debit card, credit card, or net banking. It is important to check the form carefully before making the payment.
The AIIMS exam will be conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. There will be separate exams for B.Sc. Nursing and Paramedical courses. Admit cards will be released on the scheduled dates and candidates can download them from the official website.
The results for B.Sc. Nursing will be declared on July 4, 2026, while the results for Paramedical courses will be released on July 10, 2026. Based on the results, candidates will be included in the further counselling and admission process.
Only female candidates can apply for the B.Sc. Nursing (Hons.) course. Both male and female candidates are eligible for all other Paramedical courses. Therefore, it is important to carefully read the eligibility criteria before applying.
