Annual Scholarships of ₹5 Lakh will also be Provided to Underprivileged and Talented Students
In memory of the late LN Maheshwari, the inspiration behind the ALLEN family, Dr. Naveen Maheshwari, Director of ALLEN Career Institute Pvt. Ltd., has donated ₹50 lakh to Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT). He also announced an annual scholarship of ₹5 lakh to support underprivileged and talented students.
The Alumni Council has constructed a food court at SVNIT, with Dr. Naveen Maheshwari contributing the biggest grant of ₹50 lakh. It is noteworthy that Dr. Maheshwari studied BE Mechanical from SVNIT Surat. He is a graduate of the 1989 batch.

Dr Naveen Maheshwari inaugurated the Food court
The food court was inaugurated on Monday (13 October), with Dr. Naveen Maheshwari as the chief inaugurator. Present on the occasion were Prof.
Bhim Singh, Chairman of the Board of Governors of SVNIT Surat, Prof. Anupam Shukla, Director of SVNIT, and other professors and officials of the institute. Members of the alumni association of the 1989 batch were also present.
Giving back to the Alma Mater
On this occasion, Dr. Maheshwari said, “This institute has given me so much. I have made progress in life in which this institute’s contribution is a factor.” Sharing some memories from his time at the college, he said, “As an alumnus, it was my moral responsibility to contribute as much as possible to the institution that gave me a golden future.”
This matter was also discussed at the institute. With the establishment of a food court here, students will not face any difficulties.

Annual Scholarships of Rs 5 Lakh for Underprivileged & Talented Students
Director of ALLEN Career Institute, Dr Naveen Maheshwari on the occasion also made an announcement. “Additionally, I would like to make another announcement on this occasion: no effort will be spared to help deserving students study at the college”, said Dr Naveen Maheshwari.
A contribution of Rs. 5 lakh will be provided annually for scholarships, which the institute will provide to students based on his/her financial condition and talent. This will provide financial support to students and help them achieve their goals. The institution’s officials expressed their gratitude for this support.
