The threat of Coronavirus has led to a lockdown in the entire nation. In such tough times, ALLEN Career Institute has come forward joining hands with District Administration to extend help to the city people in every possible way.
This is a story of Prashant from Gorakhpur, who is preparing for IIT-JEE and lives in a PG in Mahaveer Nagar. From last two days, he was in trouble when his mother’s cancer medicine ran out. In such a situation, the helpline of Allen Career Institute proved to be helpful.
Prashant told that his mother Bindu Devi is suffering from cancer and is on medication from last 8 years. A few days ago, she came to Kota to stay for 3-4 days and ran out of medicine. He searched for the medicine whole day at nearby medical stores but could not find it. After this, he called on the helpline of Allen Career Institute. The coordinators of Allen Student Welfare Society searched for the medicine in several medical stores but could not find it.
The coordinator then spoke to Dr R.K. Tanwar, Head of Cancer Department at MBS Hospital. ASWS team reached the hospital with Prashant where after doing the formalities he was given medicine for 30 days. Prashant was thankful to the ASWS team and Dr R. K. who stood out to help him in such an adverse condition.
