ALLEN MANAS – An Initiative Towards Student Wellbeing & Mental Health Care

More than 1200 Students Gained Confidence and Support

Taking this thought forward, ALLEN Career Institute has started the MANAS initiative. MANAS Phase-1 was successfully organized on 11 September 2025, in which more than 1200 students participated.

This initiative proved that education is meaningful only when it includes the feeling of nurturing both the mind and the soul.

Broad Vision of Education

ALLEN always values ​​the idea that true education is not limited to academic excellence. The mental health, emotional balance and confidence of the students are equally important.

Objective of Manas

The main objective of Manas is –

Success of the Program

More than 1200 students enthusiastically participated in Manas Phase-1 held on 11 September 2025. During the program, psychologists and educational counselors guided the students.

In various sessions, students were provided with practical tips on topics like stress management, time management, goal setting and increasing self-confidence.

These activities inspired the students to recognize their hidden abilities and use them in the right direction.

Hard Work Behind the Scenes

Behind the success of this initiative is the united hard work of ALLEN’s strong team. Psychological counsellors paid special attention to the mental health of the students.

Academic counsellors addressed questions related to studies and career. Building principals and operations team played a key role in making the programme organised and successful.

Everyone worked with a common purpose—to empower students and give them a bright direction for their future.

Manas is not just a programme, but a thought—a thought that assures students that they are not alone. When they get mental and emotional support, they not only perform better academically but also face life’s challenges strongly. After Manas Phase-1, students shared their experiences and said that this initiative was very useful for them. They got to learn new ways to reduce stress.
