The Armed Forces Medical College Pune has declared the final examination result. According to the cut-off, ALLEN Classroom Student Ojas Bhardwaj has secured rank-1.
Armed Forces Medical College is a premier medical institute for undergraduate and post-graduate medical and nursing students with assured career prospects in the defense services.
Sh Brajesh Maheshwari (Co-Founder Director of ALLEN & HOD Physics) said AFMC is among the best five medical colleges in the country. 115 students and 30 girls are in the merit list. At the same time, 106 students and 42 girls are in the waiting list.
The merit list for admission in AFMC Pune is released based on marks obtained in NEET UG 2021, Test of English Language Comprehension, Logical and Reasoning (ToELR), and personal interview.
The students in the merit list will have to report personally at the Admission Cell of Dean’s Office Complex, AFMC, Pune, on February 16 by 5 PM. The waiting list for the vacant seats will be released on the official website of AFMC Pune on February 16 at 6 PM. Waiting list students will have to report on February 19 at 9 AM on allotment of the college.
Ojas Bhardwaj, AIR-1 in the AFMC Pune merit list, is a resident of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. His grandfather Rajveer Sharma and father Shrikant Sharma are ex-servicemen. This became a great source of inspiration for him. His elder brother is also preparing for CDS after doing B.Sc.
“My main focus was on AFMC while preparing for NEET (UG). Apart from this, I also concentrated on physical activity. I got the best environment for NEET preparation at ALLEN. With the support of the ALLEN faculty, I secured All India Rank 596 in NEET (UG), which eventually paved the path towards admission in AFMC Pune.” said Ojas.
