BITSAT 2024 Schedule Changed Due to Clash with JEE-Advanced Exam

JEE Advanced 2024 Was Slated to be Held on 26 May, While Earlier BITSAT 2024 Session 1 Examination was Scheduled to be Held From 21- 26 May

BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Examination) is a computer-based examination which unlocks the doors of some of the most prestigious institutions in India– BITS Pilani, BITS Goa, and BITS Hyderabad.

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, has extended the examination dates of the BITSAT Session-1 examination 2024. The advancing of the examination dates comes as a shot to avoid the conflict of BITSAT and JEE Advanced examination Dates.

As per the revised schedule, the BITSAT Session- 1 examination 2024 will be now held from May 19 to May 24, 2024. Earlier, the BITSAT Session- 1 examination 2024 was listed to be held from May 21 to May 26, where the last examination day of the BITSAT examination was clashing with the JEE Advanced 2024 Dates. Hence, the institute revised the dates of the examination for the aid of the students.

Meanwhile, the online application process for the BITSAT 2024 examination is also underway. Aspirants can submit their BITSAT 2024 application forms on the authorized website-bitsadmission.com.

The last date to register for the BITSAT 2024 Session- 1 examination is April 11, 2024. The BITSAT 2024 registration fee for male aspirants from India and Nepal is Rs 3400, and Rs 2900 for female candidates. The application fee for Dubai campaigners is Rs 7000, for both male and female candidates.

Conducted every year by the BITS Pilani, the BITSAT is a national-level exam aimed at shortlisting suitable candidates for admissions into B.E., B.Pharma and M.Sc. programmes offered at its numerous campuses across the country. However, The BITSAT Session- 2 examination 2024 will be held as per the preliminarily notified schedule. The alternate session of the BITSAT 2024 examination is slated to be held from June 22 to June 26, 2024.

But BITSAT 2024 session 2 examination dates are still anticipated to conflict with the JEE Main 2024 session counselling as the BITSAT 2024 session 2 examinations are from June 22 to June 26, 2024, and it’s anticipated that JOSSA counselling will also begin in JUNE 2024.
