Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani has officially begun the registration process for the BITS Admission Test, also known as BITSAT 2026.
Students seeking admission to BITS’ prestigious engineering and science programs can now apply online by visiting the official website, admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in.
BITSAT is one of the most prestigious entrance exams in the country, providing admission to undergraduate courses at various BITS Pilani campuses.

BITS, Pilani released the BITSAT 2026 application form on December 15, 2025. The exam will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT).
Students will have the option to appear in either of the two sessions or both. If a candidate appears in both sessions, the best of their scores will be considered for admission.
BITSAT 2026 will be conducted in two phases. The application dates for both sessions are as follows:
Last date for application for Session 1: March 16, 2026
Registration dates for Session 2: April 20, 2026 to May 2, 2026

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria before applying for BITSAT 2026:
Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects.
Must have a minimum of 75 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics overall.
Must have at least 60 percent marks in each subject.
English language proficiency is required.
Students who do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for BITSAT 2026.
