Overview of CGBSE Supplementary Exams 2025
Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has officially released the result of High School (Class 10th) and Higher Secondary (Class 12th) Supplementary i.e. Second Main/Attempt Exam 2025. Students who had appeared for 10th and 12th supplementary examinations this year can now check their results online. The board has made the result available on its official portal [cgbse.nic.in](http://cgbse.nic.in).
This result is very important for those students who did not get the required marks in the main examination due to some reason. Supplementary examination provides an opportunity to the students to move forward while avoiding any interruption in their studies. Earlier on 7 May 2025, the board had released the annual examination results.
The Class 10th Main Exam was held from 3 March to 24 March 2025 and the Class 12th Main Exam was held from 1 March to 28 March 2025. After the declaration of the main exam results, the board conducted a supplementary examination for the students who did not get passing marks and now its result has been declared.

- First of all go to the official website of Chhattisgarh Board [cgbse.nic.in](https://cgbse.nic.in).
- Click on the link “High School (Class 10) 2nd Main/Attempt Result 2025” or “Higher Secondary (Class 12) 2nd Main/Attempt Result 2025” given on the home page.
- Now enter your roll number and captcha code appearing on the screen.
- After clicking on the “Submit” button, your result will appear on the screen.
- Download the result and take a printout of it for future use.
What to do Next After Seeing the Result?
After checking the result, students should decide the next step carefully:
- If you have passed, then focus on the process of your next class or college admission.
- If you still have less marks in any subject, then you can apply for re-checking/re-totalling.
- 12th students should focus on the admission process of their desired graduate course or professional course.
- 10th students should decide which stream they will choose next – science, commerce or arts.
